To ensure we have adequate staffing on our inbound docks, we need all inventory drop-offs to have appointments scheduled through our appointment application. Schedule an Appointment.
We ask all vendors to schedule their inbound freight at least 48 hours in advance. Schedule an Appointment.
If a product arrives at our facility without an appointment, we will do our best to receive that product on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, if there is a large amount of unscheduled freight we may turn away carriers without an appointment, potentially resulting in additional charges from those carriers.
*Note that while creating an appointment through the Schedule an Appointment application you can manage your booking, cancel, and update your appointment information.

Creating an Appointment
Note: Without a login, you will not be able to edit/cancel your appointments.
- Click on the Appointment application link above
- Next, you will select Freight Receiving
- Scroll down and select the date and time your shipment will be arriving to the warehouse.
- Note: this booking application will display in your local time zone.
- You will also need to select Warehouse in the staff section.
- After you have selected your date and time you will need to fill in your contact details.
- Start by adding your name, email and phone number incase our team has questions about your delivery.
- Scroll down to the next section to fill in the required details about your arriving shipment.
- When you have finished, click on Book.
- You will receive both a confirmation email as well as a calendar invite to serve as a reminder for you.
- Check your spam folder if you do not receive your confirmation email within 10 minutes of booking this appointment.
Edit/Cancel an Appointment
- If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do so automatically by locating your confirmation email that was sent to the email address, you provided
- You will click on the Reschedule button
- You will be redirected to the Bookings page where you can make your desired changes
- You will receive a confirmation email after you have made your changes
- Please check your Spam folder
