As the proprietor of a thriving B2C business, Jaz Jackson became well-versed in the ins and outs of shipping and customer service. Though while experiencing rapid growth she witnessed firsthand how the breakdown of communication and lack of a seamless shipping process can negatively impact the customer experience. Even relying on (3PL) third-party logistics resulted in needless costly fees with zero improvement in the overall shipping experience. Convinced there had to be a better way when it came to 3PL, Jaz made a pivot in her career and teamed up with her now partner Candice Shelton.
